Allergen Management

Tracking allergens to keep guests safe.

Setting Allergens

To comply with safety regulations, you can track the 14 major allergens for every item on your menu. Go to Admin > Menu > Items, edit an item, and scroll to the allergens section to check all that apply, such as Gluten, Dairy, or Peanuts.

Visibility

These details are visible in two places. On your public digital menu, clear allergen icons are displayed next to each dish. On the POS, staff can view allergen warnings by holding down the information icon on any product during the ordering process.
