The KDS Screen
The Kitchen Display System replaces paper tickets with digital screens for chefs. You can access it on any tablet or monitor at the dedicated KDS URL. Once loaded, you can select specific stations, such as "Main Kitchen" or "Bakery", to filter the orders relevant to that area.
Workflow
New orders appear on the left with a "New" banner to grab attention. When staff fire a specific course from the POS, the ticket on the KDS will update to show exactly which items are ready for production. Once a dish or entire ticket is ready, simply tap it to mark it as completed and move it to the history log.
