Simplified vs Full Invoices
Simplified Invoice (Ticket)
The majority of your daily transactions will use a simplified invoice, which is the standard receipt for most meals. This document includes the date and time, a unique invoice series and number, the total amount, and a detailed breakdown of the tax rates (IVA). It also displays your restaurant's legal details, including your NIF, name, and registered address.
Full Invoice (Factura)
A full invoice is legally required for business customers or for any transaction exceeding €400. To generate one, you must include the customer's specific details: their name, NIF, and address. You can easily add this information during the payment process by selecting the "Add Customer" option on the Pay screen.
